Hotel Palais Jamaï or Dar Jamaï is a palace in Fez (Morocco) built in 1879. It has become a luxury establishment and classified officially as national heritage. Restoring its historic gardens of was a unique and an exceptional academic challenge that took from 1994 to 2005. It was not only to necessary resume, the vestiges of the marvelous Arab-Andalusian gardens during this time, but also to continuously find integrated solutions in intelligent relation with the exceptionally operational needs of the establishment.
The traditional gardens of the harem, in stairs with their fountains, their seguias and poetic paths, the exotic gardens of the old palace, the meticulous choice of the plant signature, everything has been finely orchestrated to ensure a magical journey through the spaces and through time.
